Website Purchases

PLEASE NOT THAT ALL ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL!

Exceptions will be given in the case of wrong items being sent, or damaged items.

Purchases off our website can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the purchased item under the following conditions:

  • There is no visible signs of wear and tear
  • No tags have been removed

For WEBSITE ORDERS ONLY when you want to return an item we will send you a label to use to send the product back to us.  Please contact us at support@shopwestlane.com to open a return, we will respond with a label you can use to return the item to us!  Please return the item with this return form.

If the item is not returned within 10 days of receiving the item, we will not issue a refund for the item.  By purcahsing you agree to pay West Lane Boutique for additional shipping costs to send product back to customer in that event.  A return will be accepted if the post dated stamp on the package is within the 10 days return period.

If any product is defective in a reasonable time from purchase, meaning outside of normal wear and tear.  The item can be returned on a case by case basis.  Please send an email to support@shopwestlane.com with an explanation and pictures of the deficiencies with the product.

 

Marketplace Transactions

For purchasers off of other marketplaces, returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item under the following conditions:

  • There is no visible signs of wear and tear
  • No tags have been removed

In the case of marketplace transactions, we do not refund shipping costs.  In order to do a return the purchaser is responsible for returning the item to West Lane Boutique within the 14 day period.  Please return the item with this return form.

One exception is in the event we ship the wrong item to you whether that be sizing or color - in that event we will send a label to send the item back.  If inventory allows we will send the correct product with a return mailer.
